Zentrification™ is a strategy that Craft Food Halls uses in conjunction with our Energy Intelligence™ strategy, to inject a Zen-like atmosphere to our food halls. To Zentrify™ our spaces, we focus on all elements that aid guests and tenants during their daily wellness journey while on-site. Our projection mapping, lighting and music programs provide the sensory impact through the journey, while the Himalayan salt walls, Micro-farms and decompression teas restore balance to aspects of a guest’s or tenant’s conscious or subconscious.
