A place to form new friendships and feel the warmth of community in a welcoming and entertaining environment replete with unique artisanal, hand-crafted, chef-developed dining experiences with positive vibes!


As either stand-alone locations or as a valuable and sought-after amenity to your corporate campus, hotel or mixed-use development, Craft Food Halls serve a niche and form a “gathering place” within each of their communities - a “Town Square” of sorts or a “hive” of activity.


Entertainment and a sense of community are in our DNA and you’ll find a unique variety of, not only dining options, but thoughtful programs, special events, dining clubs, health and wellness events, live entertainment and activities such as shuffleboard, ping pong and our interactive “self pour” beer and wine wall.


Craft Food Hall venues currently feature three of your newest and fastest growing, “fast casual”, food and beverage brands, SOUSVIDERIE, PROJECT X and VESSEL with several more concepts in development.  


One of the most interesting aspects of each of these individual brands is that the common thread that connects them all is the attention to quality and attention to detail in sourcing ingredients and experimenting with  hand-crafted, chef-inspired recipes and flavor profiles using some of the industry’s leading technologies - under one family umbrella.
